In the course of process planning and validation, many different techniques are used; here some examples:

• process circle: plastic coating, painting, printing, lasing, mounting
• preferred technologies: fiber-optic light guide, covering pane, shrouds (1-DIN, 2-DIN), soft touch paint, 2K-injection moulding
• tampon-printing technique
• injection moulding machines with handling, closing pressure from 25 to 200 t, monitoring of process
• tactile and optical measuring methods for initial sampling inspection reports (ISIR= and process control, test plan and measurement

When introducting a new process, our process technique conducts test series and research to validate recently introduced production processes. By request, certificates of proficiency for various process and product parameter can be issued.
